Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
LearnClaudeNow is operated by K-State LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our principal contact is jeff@learnclaudenow.com. This policy describes how we handle information collected through learnclaudenow.com and our cohort enrollment process.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, book a call, or enroll in a cohort, we collect your name, email address, firm name, and any other details you choose to share. When you pay for a cohort, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing information — we do not store full card numbers.
Booking and scheduling data. When you schedule a call through our booking widget (Reclaim), Reclaim collects your name, email address, and calendar availability. Their privacy policy governs that data.
Usage data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
- Process enrollment and payment for cohorts
- Send cohort-related communications (session reminders, materials, and follow-ups)
- Improve the program based on participant feedback
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
We work with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Reclaim — call scheduling
- Cloudflare — hosting and security
- Zoom — live cohort sessions
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for site operation. The Reclaim scheduling widget may set cookies to manage your booking session. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. If you enrolled in a cohort, we keep basic records for our business and tax records. If you contacted us but did not enroll, we retain your information only as long as reasonably needed to follow up.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing jeff@learnclaudenow.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR.
8. Children
Our services are directed at legal professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
