Kelly Abbott

Kelly Abbott

Founder & Lead Instructor

Kelly Abbott is the founder of LearnClaudeNow, former Chief AI Officer at BOL Agency and current Head of AI at Acquisition.com. A two-time exit founder with roots at Match.com and Adobe, Kelly now helps organizations stop talking about AI and start operating with it.

Through his consulting firm K-State LLC, Kelly has spent the last two years building AI-native systems for law firms, marketing agencies, and regulated enterprise teams. He’s the creator of LearnClaudeNow and the lead architect of the curriculum behind the “Claude for Law Firms” cohort-based trainings, a 16-week, hands-on program that teaches legal teams how to build, train, and manage virtual interns inside Claude.

Kelly’s approach is simple: this isn’t prompt engineering. It’s agent-building. His students don’t leave with a list of tricks. They leave with working agents, documented workflows, and a team that knows how to extend the system without him.

Ohio State alum. SOC-2 and HIPAA trained. Lives in Washougal, WA with his family. Loves writing stories and making electronic music in his spare time.

Bilal Ur Rehman

Bilal Ur Rehman

Head of Engineering

Bilal Ur Rehman is the engineer behind every working part of LearnClaudeNow: the site, the automations, the agent infrastructure, and the behind-the-scenes plumbing that keeps client engagements humming.

A full-stack engineer with a background in high-end consulting work, Bilal specializes in turning strategy decks into production systems. He led engineering on Tablecloth at Mavric, and is currently lead engineer at Wise Pelican, where he owns infrastructure and application-architecture decisions and leads a team of developers. With a decade of engineering experience, he makes sure there are no hiccups along the way.

At LearnClaudeNow, he leads development across three surfaces: the client-facing marketing engine, the internal business operations stack (support, billing, reporting), and the content and creative production pipeline that powers the training cohorts.

Bilal works the way good engineers do: fast, quiet, and without drama. When a problem shows up, the fix shows up shortly after. He partners daily with Kelly on architecture and direction, and he’s the reason law firms enrolling in our cohorts get a platform that feels less like a course portal and more like a tool they actually want to use.

Based in Pakistan. Builds on Cloudflare, Astro, and Next. Keeps the trains on time.

Chase Richardson

Chase Richardson

Trainer

Chase Richardson is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and AI practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations turn complex technology into measurable business outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led software engineering, product development, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives across startups, growth-stage companies, and large enterprises.

As a technology leader, Chase is known for bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. He has built and led engineering teams, guided organizations through modernization efforts, improved operational performance, and helped executives make better technology decisions with clarity and confidence. His work centers on simplifying complexity, aligning teams around outcomes, and turning ambitious ideas into practical action.

Chase is passionate about the transformative potential of AI and believes the greatest opportunities come not from replacing people, but from empowering them. Through LearnClaudeNow, he helps professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs understand how to use AI tools effectively in their daily work — whether that’s improving productivity, accelerating learning, enhancing creativity, or building entirely new capabilities.

Based in Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains, Chase is a husband, father, lifelong builder, and technology enthusiast who enjoys helping others navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of business, technology, and artificial intelligence.

Jeff Winkler

Jeff Winkler

Director of Sales

Jeff Winkler is a founder, builder, and operator working at the intersection of technology and education. He co-founded an immersive San Diego coding bootcamp that he grew from zero to one — designing curriculum, teaching students full-stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web applications), and placing graduates into tech careers. That founder’s instinct for turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes runs through everything he does.

His background is a unique intersection of engineering and entrepreneurship. He started as a Rails engineer and spent several years as a software developer at a benchmarking platform serving higher-ed finance teams. He’s also created and hosted Chasing Squirrels, a live podcast that demystifies engineering hiring for bootcamp grads by interviewing CTOs. He pairs that hands-on engineering experience with a teacher’s gift for making complex tools approachable.

More recently, Jeff has led partnerships and business development at several home services companies, scaling relationships across large, tech-enabled marketplaces.

The through line across every role is the same: helping people adopt new technical skills and land real results. That blend of founder energy, developer fluency, and a passion for teaching makes him a natural fit to help others learn Claude.

Drawing on her legal background, Aundrea enjoys tackling complex problems, evaluating nuanced responses, and contributing to the development of more capable and reliable AI systems.

Jorge Crecis

Jorge Crecis

Instructor

Author, choreographer, teacher and coach. Holds a degree in Sports Science, trained in contemporary dance at the Real Conservatorio de Madrid, with a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Master’s degree in sports and business performance psychology.

Before beginning his academic career, he trained to become an officer in the Spanish Air Force, a competitive selection process he was unable to complete due to scoliosis. This vocation for discipline and service shaped his approach to high performance. After graduating, he worked as a professional dancer with companies across Europe, experiencing first-hand the extreme demands of artistic excellence.

He was a professor at London Contemporary Dance School (The Place) until 2012, when he decided to devote himself to choreographic creation and research. Since then, he has created works for companies including Acosta Danza (Cuba), Beijing 9 Contemporary Dance Theatre (China) and Scottish Dance Theatre (UK). His work has been presented at venues such as Sadler’s Wells, the Royal Opera House, New York City Center and Beijing’s 798 Art District, and has received international awards, including Best Performance in Cuba (2017). He has trained companies including Akram Khan Company, DV8, Punchdrunk, Rambert and the Compañía Nacional de Danza. He has also worked in the commercial sector, creating choreography for prominent figures such as Paul McCartney and for brands including Lexus and Vodafone.

In 2014, he founded min tala, a pan-Arab company that uses contemporary dance as a tool for development in conflict zones.

His internationally recognised teaching approach brings together sports science and contemporary dance, giving rise to Fullness: a methodology that trains nervous-system regulation, decision-making under pressure and non-ordinary states of consciousness. This research led to his PhD and to his appointment as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Derby.

He currently leads Fullness, a high-performance cognitive training system applied to sport, the arts and professional environments. His practice combines three qualities rarely found in one professional:

  • Direct experience of high performance in the arts and military training.
  • A strong scientific background in sport, neurophysiology and performance psychology.
  • More than 20 years of guiding elite athletes towards their goals.

In sport, he works with figures such as Polina Berezina (Olympic rhythmic gymnast), Antonio Rigaud (Spanish beach football national team) and Laura Cuenca (2025 Spanish Aerobic Gymnastics Champion), as well as teams including Club de Gimnasia Rítmica Dos Hermanas, 2025 Andalusian champions and eighth-ranked club in Spain.

He is the author of the books Designing Presence (Routledge) and Ethical Agility in Training. His work has also been examined in Fifty Contemporary Choreographers, which includes a chapter dedicated to his practice and impact.

Jorge continues to study every day, keeping up to date with the latest developments in neuroscience, AI, VR and AR as applied to sport and to the evolution of the nervous system in the changing contexts of the 21st century.
