Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LearnClaudeNow website and cohort program, operated by K-State LLC (“LearnClaudeNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or enrolling in a cohort, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or enroll.
2. The program
LearnClaudeNow offers a live, instructor-led cohort training program for law firms and legal professionals. The program consists of eight modules delivered over sixteen weeks via Zoom. Cohorts are capped at ten seats. Specific dates, times, and session formats are confirmed at enrollment.
3. Enrollment and payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a downpayment as agreed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as specified in your enrollment agreement. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
4. Our guarantee
We guarantee that by the end of the cohort, your team will have named, functioning Claude workflows they built, tested, and own. If we cannot demonstrate that outcome, we will refund the program fee. This guarantee is contingent on the firm’s meaningful participation throughout all eight modules. It does not apply if participants miss sessions, fail to complete hands-on assignments, or withdraw before the program concludes.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
By you. If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the cohort start date, we will refund your downpayment less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable. If you need to defer to a future cohort, we will accommodate one deferral at no charge with at least 14 days’ notice.
By us. If we cancel a cohort for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
6. Intellectual property
Our curriculum. The LearnClaudeNow curriculum, including session recordings, materials, frameworks, and methodology, is the intellectual property of K-State LLC. You may use what you learn internally at your firm. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute our curriculum, frameworks, or materials.
Your work product. Any agents, workflows, prompt libraries, and SOPs your team builds during the cohort belong to your firm. We claim no ownership over work product created on your firm’s matters.
7. Confidentiality
You agree not to share client data, privileged communications, or confidential firm information with LearnClaudeNow instructors or in group cohort sessions. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards in your firm’s use of Claude consistent with your professional obligations, jurisdiction’s rules of professional conduct, and the guardrails taught in the program.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The LearnClaudeNow program is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that participating in the cohort will produce specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or productivity gains beyond the guarantee described in Section 4. Results depend on your firm’s participation, implementation, and the evolving capabilities of the Claude platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-State LLC’s liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the program shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the cohort in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes by email. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For prospective enrollees, the Terms in effect at the time of enrollment govern.
